Pathways to Freedom
There is never just one reason why we do the things we do. It’s complicated! This is a 12-week class that uses multiple materials in a discussion-type format to explore why we think, feel and behave in certain ways. Combining a faith-based perspective with a very basic understanding of our brain, you will receive helpful tools that will aid in understanding or changing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors from the inside out.
The cost is $20 for materials. You must pre-register to attend by contacting 828-326-7233 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
