Pathways to Freedom:
There is never just one reason why we do the things we do. It’s complicated! This is a 12-week class that uses multiple materials in a discussion-type format to explore why we think, feel and behave in certain ways. Combining a faith-based perspective with a very basic understanding of our brain, you will receive helpful tools that will aid in understanding or changing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors from the inside out. The cost is $25 for materials. You must pre-register to attend by contacting the office of Safe Harbor. Class size limited to 7 participants.

Sometimes it’s difficult to recognize and manage difficult relationships with the people in our lives. Identifying patterns with these relationships and learning how to set loving but firm boundaries is a skill we all need. This class combines materials from the Safe People and Boundaries books by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. This is a 12 week class, and the cost is $25 for both books and materials. Next class begins Wednesday, March 7 from 12 to 1, women only.
